  Good luck getting them to call you back. Forget about visiting the office to take care of business in person if you work; since they are only open bankers hours, and no weekends, Computers always seem to need "rebooted" or the system always seems to "crash". And oddly enough, every time I call with a VIN number, it is never a good number. They always have to "research" the number. Apparently, I incapable of differentiating between a 5 and an "S". If all you want is insurance and occasional offer for financial services, I would say it is a fine agency to work with. However, if you purchase a vehicle more than once every 4 years, you will have to pester them for rates. From personal experience: Don't even call from a car dealer and inquire what the insurance would be on a vehicle you are considering. The dealership will close for the day before you hear back from this agency.
